This User Agreement applies to your use of the user areas of magiconverters.com operated by REEVATE ACQUISITION LIMITED.
You can purchase credits to process images. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and that billing information is accurate. Prices are shown at purchase and may change prospectively.
Your use of outputs must comply with applicable laws and rights of others. We do not grant rights to any third-party content you may include in uploads.
Provide accurate registration data and keep it updated. You are responsible for activities on your account.
Do not upload unlawful content, harass others, attempt to disrupt the Service, or misuse the Site.
We may remove content that violates this Agreement or the law. We are not obliged to monitor all content.
You may not disclose our non-public information (e.g., pricing not publicly posted, system architecture).
You may terminate by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate for breach, unlawful behaviour, or risk to the Service. Upon termination, you must cease use; unused credits may be forfeited where permitted by law and stated in our policies.
The Site and outputs are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our total aggregate liability is limited to £5.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
You confirm you are 18+ and responsible for all use under your account.
This Agreement is governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of London, UK or, if we mutually agree, by arbitration seated in London, in English.
